Smart-city projects with no published result
117 of 871 published projects — 13.4% — where no verifiable figure for the result exists at all.
No independently verifiable impact figure located; the entry rests on qualitative description.
The honest empty set. These are real projects, documented well enough to publish, with sources on every page — and not one of them has a public number for what it achieved: 0 of the 117 carry an impact figure. That is the point rather than an oversight. The usual way out of this situation is to quote the brochure. Keeping the entries and recording the absence is more useful, because "nobody has ever published a result for this" is itself something a city needs to know before buying the same system.
Membership here is decided by the data, not by an editor: this page lists every published entry whose evidence grade is the one named above, so nothing can be quietly left out. The grade records the strongest kind of source behind an entry — not how well the project worked.
✔ Every published entry is checked against the public sources it cites before publication.

Each of these is the same kind of page — a slice of the atlas whose membership is decided by a field rather than by an editor.
