Centro de Cooperação da Cidade (CCC): One Room for Five Municipal Services

Municipal Law 2,621 of 1 July 2020 created the Centro de Cooperação da Cidade, inaugurated that August in Adrianópolis, to put traffic management, public transport, the municipal guard, civil defence and telehealth monitoring in a single operations room under the Casa Civil. The camera network was tripled from 41 to 159 lenses in August 2022 and is described by the city as more than 150 cameras on Manaus's main roads today; a wall of 27 55-inch monitors carries camera feeds, heat maps and data flows. Since October 2025 IMMU has worked from the same building on a platform called Go Data Intelligence, which ingests Waze reports and driver-submitted incidents — crashes, stopped vehicles, congestion, dark signals, obstacles — and flags them for 15 agents across four shifts. The city also publishes a selection of the live camera views on its own portal, so residents can look at the same streets the operators do.
