Cariboni Group's project sheet for Lonato del Garda states that "6,843 light sources were replaced" and that the old fixtures were exchanged for its LED luminaires (Flat Link, Kai, Kalos, Levante), "state-of-the-art high-performance LED products that integrate devices for smart city management". Citelum's reference page for the same contract carries the identical figure. Neither vendor page could be opened from here — citelum.com resets automated connections and caribonigroup.com answers with a Cloudflare block — so the wording was confirmed through search results for those two pages and no locator string could be lifted from the page itself.
Caveat
The count is the contractor's and the luminaire maker's own inventory figure. No municipal document among the sources states how many light points the town owns, so there is nothing to check it against.

Gardapost, published 28 February 2018 under the headline "Completata la riqualificazione illuminotecnica ed energetica", reports that Citelum "ha portato a termine l'ambizioso progetto di riqualificazione illuminotecnica ed energetica della cittadina bresciana" (has completed the ambitious lighting and energy retrofit of the Brescia town) and shows the mayor and the councillor presenting it with the contractor at a press conference that morning.
Caveat
The report follows the presentation the municipality and the contractor gave that day; it records the completion announcement rather than an inspection of the finished installation.

Cariboni's project sheet says "68% of energy savings are expected with the equivalent reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere", attributing them to the combination of the new LED optics and remotely controlled flux regulation. Gardapost quotes the town hall saying that after Citelum's work the municipality "potra infatti certificare oltre il 68% di risparmio energetico con equivalente riduzione delle emissioni di CO2 in atmosfera" (will indeed be able to certify over 68% energy savings).
Caveat
The figure is a projection attached to the design, not a measured outcome: the manufacturer calls it expected, and the municipality speaks of savings it will be able to certify. Citelum's own page puts the reduction in energy costs and CO2 at over 60% rather than 68%, and no source publishes metered consumption before and after the retrofit.

Both lists describe what the infrastructure was built to offer at handover rather than services observed running, and the information panels appear only on the manufacturer's sheet. The reports go to a dedicated call centre rather than into an app, and none of the sources publishes how many faults residents have reported this way or how quickly they were fixed.
