Project Appraisal Document PAD3556 for WURI Phase 2: "Togo requested to take part in WURI after the Board's approval of the overall Program, and therefore is a new borrower to join the operation. Togo's addition to the WURI operation, with a request for US$72 million IDA financing, is being processed and appraised as part of Phase 2.
