The page never says that Tulsa lies in Oklahoma; the different state is inferred from the agency's name. The FAQ is also internally inconsistent — the sentence immediately after the list of four still reads "any combination of the three public transit systems" — and it carries no publication date, so "now" cannot be pinned to a moment.
