Quality run to P4: claim array, source dates, present-tense audit. Fare capping started on 1 September 2026 and most monthly passes ended on 31 August 2026 (the post-secondary monthly pass survives). The contract picture moved: Metrolinx opted out of the automatic renewal in May 2025, the agreement expires 28 November 2027, and the TTC's 2026 RFI closed on 17 July 2026 — so 'an open RFI' is stale.
