Added a seven-claim evidence mapping and a sourced lesson; rebuilt the impact on the 2018 investigation's own counts and on the current measures' disclosure duty, and withdrew cumulative vehicle and battery figures that were attributed to a paper the publisher does not let us retrieve and whose abstract does not carry them. Evidence grade moved from peer-reviewed to media accordingly.
