The city's own property-tax office has been online since February 2009 — still working, still on software from 2008, still reached over an unencrypted connection with a login code printed on the paper tax notice. The other is new and much larger: the RFR suburban railway, whose European signalling and central control post were contracted in 2013 to open in 2016 and carried their first passengers in 2023.
