Report of 4 September 2020: version 2.0 "6月1日... 正式上线" on the first day of the flood season; the dashboard shows "全市800多处实时监测设备、50个易积水点视频监控以及1.4万个小区物业经理的APP报送"; sensors on flood-prone stretches "每5分钟向后台传输一次数据,当监测到积水达到5公分时,传感器也会自动向系统报警"; the 5 August 2020 case in which an incident detected at 07:58 triggered automatic notification of traffic police, drainage, traffic radio and Amap. It also attributes the "200个降雨监测点,220个道路积水点,以及317座泵站" to a separate smart drainage system built in 2018 for the central urban area, not to this command system. Comparison of the versions: 1.0 "只能以'观'为主", 2.0 can also "管、防".

Known limits of this passport
  • Publisher names and source languages have not yet been classified; domains are recorded without guessing.
  • Existing source notes are descriptive locators, not page- or paragraph-exact citations.
  • A missing archive, publication date or content hash is shown as null rather than inferred.
  • The project-level evidence grade ranks the strongest source in the entry; it is not a truth score for every claim.
