Monthly reporting of weight or volume and discharge locations is required of recyclable-waste holders (§6) and of cooperatives (§5), not of every accredited firm; client records are updated weekly under art. 25.

Reporting is annual — 'As informações deverão ser enviadas anualmente' — with ten working days to report a change, a 90-day transition, and 'advertências, multas e outras sanções legais' for non-compliance. Lei nº 3.273/2001 sets the threshold at 120 litres or 60 kilos a day.
