What the mapping says: The 2026 draft state budget (RAPBN 2026, Book II of the financial notes) allocates Rp 6.26 trillion to the Nusantara Authority's strategic-area programme, against Rp 39.8 trillion in 2024 and about Rp 13 trillion in 2025.
Caveat: The size of the cut depends on which 2024 figure is used: 84% against the Rp 39.8 trillion allocation, 85% against the Rp 43.3 trillion the Authority later reported as actually spent in 2024. A draft budget is also not a final one.
