What the mapping says: Section 5 of the paper reports the Lyon site's monitored results separately from Munich and Vienna: 'The building-efficiency measures achieved a total energy saving of around 1350 MWh/a' and 'The resulting annual CO2 reduction reached about 643 t-CO2/a'.
Caveat: Monitored over the project period on about 35,000 m2 of refurbished floor area, not the whole Confluence district. The widely quoted 37.6 kWh/m2a figure is the Lyon+Munich+Vienna aggregate.
