A CKAN catalogue query on 26 July 2026 returned 451 datasets and not one unlicensed: 386 under an Argentine port of Creative Commons Attribution 2.5, 60 under an unversioned CC BY, and 5 under the CC BY 4.0 that the city's own publication guide says it always applies. 416 of the 451 had been touched within the previous twelve months. The city's audit office reported in 2022 that many datasets had nonetheless passed their declared refresh deadline, and that publication still depended on negotiating access department by department.

It scores whether key datasets exist and are open, not the freshness of the whole catalogue. indicedatosabiertos.org returned HTTP 403 to me, so I could not read the index's own pages; the 2025 result is corroborated by unrelated regional outlets.
