Quality run to P4: claim array, source dates, present-tense audit. 'Since 2017' is sourced: BOLDLY's own release says the area council and BOLDLY have run autonomous-bus trials on Naka-dori continuously since 2017. But both 2022 sources are pre-announcements dated 7 Feb 2022 for an 18–22 Feb trial: '420' and '69 runs' are planned capacity (試乗人数 約420人, 予定), not rides logged. No results report was found, so the impact field has nothing to stand on.
