The programme runs; BCA's masterplan page (updated 1 Sep 2026) moves the status on to ~66% of buildings greened and 33% against the SLE target as of Dec 2025, and SkyLab is still offered as a testbed. Two cited BCA URLs (SLE page, Keppel Bay release) now 404 after a site rebuild; live replacements found.
