Bratislava's most visible smart-city effort is deliberately mundane: parking. For years the Slovak capital had no unified system for its kerbside spaces, so in January 2022 it launched the Bratislava Parking Assistant (PAAS), run by a wholly city-owned company. Residents register online for time-credit permits that pull automatically from five state registers, and the scheme is switched on neighbourhood by neighbourhood as each zone's spaces are marked. By 2025 it covered five of the city's districts and was still expanding.
The atlas documents 1 project in Bratislava: 1 with a documented success. The entry carries an evidence grade — the strongest here is official (1 entry) — and links its sources.
