Quality run to P4: claim array, source dates, present-tense audit. The 2026 season ran 4 May to 31 August as described (MTT page now readable, BioBio, Pauta). Enforcement is not purely manual: BioBio (3 May 2026) lists the region's tele-surveillance camera network alongside Carabineros and MTT inspectors, and Pauta (10 Aug 2026) says the transport secretariat has plate-recording cameras.
