Replaced the operator page the entry rested on for its data layer: brt.rio is a parked domain now, both articles 404, and no snapshot exists — the city's own release on the control centre's opening carries the same description and is the stronger source. Corrected a misattribution: the 250,000-by-2030 target was cited to a release that does not contain it. Removed three source notes and three public caveats that described this project's fetching problems rather than the sources.
