Added a nine-claim evidence mapping and a sourced lesson; added the outcome the entry was missing — the Paris administrative court of appeal ordered the syndicate on 21 February 2025 to pay just over 66 million euros, split across 98 municipalities by station count — and the contractual term that produced it (the first 60 million euros of losses on the operator, the rest on the municipalities pro rata). Removed a source whose page no longer exists and added three that carry the ruling and the contract terms.
